Mitchell, Dawn Marie, 50, Windber, lost her battle with M.S., September 15, 2016 at home. Born December 30, 1965 in Johnstown to Dennis and Rose (Kleinosky) King. Preceded in death by son, Garrett Mitchell; and father-in-law, Walter Mitchell Sr. Survived by parents; loving husband, Walter Mitchell, Jr.; daughters, Amanda Nichols (William), OH, and Samantha Mitchell, OR; son, Nathan Mitchell, Windber; sisters, Denise Tonkin, Indiana, and Deborah Hornick, OH; mother-in-law, June (Edmonston) Mitchell, Johnstown; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dawn was a 1983 graduate of Westmont Hilltop. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Funeral service will be held Monday 10 a.m. at the funeral home, Pastor David Streets officiating. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
