Jarvie, Julia, N. (Cornette), 71, St. Michael, died October 31, 2014 at home.  Born February 25, 1943 in Omar, WV; daughter of the late Fred May and Myrtle (Cornette) Rose.  Preceded in death by grandson, Paul Joel “PJ” Taylor; ex-husband, Thomas W. Jarvie; infant sister, Carrie Rose, brothers, Paul Cornette and Douglas Rose; and sister, Carol Ellis.  Survived by daughters, Tanya (Mark) Wilson; Sherri (Paul) Taylor; Karen (Kenny) Hetz; Bobbie Jo (Mike) Long; Dawna (Rodney) Peterson; and Malinda (Mark) Knopp; grandchildren, Garrett and Heather Wilson; Maggie and Katie Taylor; Kaylee Swiokla; Michael, Abbey, and Jonathan Long; Kassie, Brianna, and Mark Knopp Jr.; brother, Steve Rose, sister, Goldie “Sis” Braden and many nieces and nephews.  She was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin.  She never missed a family birth date and always sent everyone a card.   She loved watching NASCAR racing and the Pittsburgh Steelers.   Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc.  1521 Frankstown Rd. where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Pastor Rob Rummell, officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.  Special thank you to Prodigy Dialysis in Ebensburg, Dr. Nasser, Dr. Tatarko, Portage Home Health, Forest Hills Ambulance Service, and the Kidney Dialysis MedVan drivers for their compassion and care over the years.  Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc.  1521 Frankstown Rd.  Exclusive Provider of “Veterans and Family Memorial Care.”  Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com
