Waugh, Philip P., 93, Patton, passed away October 10, 2014, at Golden Living-Haida, Hastings. Born September 5, 1921 in Patton; son of the late Frederick and Adline (Fitzpatrick) Waugh. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Flora Ann (Robinson), his sisters, Virginia Noel, Cathrine Litzinger, Bertha Berish, Olive Josephine Waugh, Anna Mae Grozanick, and his brother Thomas Waugh. He is survived by his sons, Scott, Tim, and William, all of Patton; he is also survived by his granddaughter Darlene Jones, Pittsburgh; three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Philip served in the United States Army during WWII, he retired from Bethlehem Steel where he worked in the Car Shop. He was a member of the American Legion, a longtime member of the Patton Moose, and an associate member of the Carrolltown Fire Club. At the request of the deceased there will be no services held.
