Anna, Edwin F., 87, Hastings, went to be with the Lord, January 7, 2015 at home. Born January 13, 1927 in Hastings, son of the late Maurus and Mary (Wyland) Anna. Preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Charles Anna, Eleanor Zrioka, Marie Anna, Thomas Anna, and Helen Sowards. He is survived by siblings, Rita (Warren) Pyer, Maryland; Joseph Anna, Hastings; Nancy (Jim) Kubistek, Ohio; Lois (Tony) Marcella, Maryland; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.Edwin was a member of St. Bernard Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from 3M Printing in Clevland, OH where he worked as a Clerk. Edwin was a member of the Holy Name society, he enjoyed puzzles, coin collecting, and woodworking. Friends will be received Saturday January 10, 2015 from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. Bernard Church, Father Thaddeus Rettger, Officiating.  Interment St. Bernard Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by Hastings VFW Post #1586.
