Obituary

Carpenter, Rita Annamarie, 90, of Johnstown, PA, died peacefully on August 27, 2015 at her residence. Born on June 20, 1925 in Pittsburgh, PA; daughter of the late Bertha Graham. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph S. Carpenter. She is survived by daughters, Dale Ann (Dwain) Kunch, Greenwood, DE; Linda J. (Henry) Shultz, Johnstown, PA; sons, Norman Carpenter, Dayton, PA; Robert Carpenter, Plum, PA; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Rita loved Myrtle Beach, where she resided for 32 years. She also enjoyed bowling, traveling, and cruises. At Rita’s request there will be no viewing or services.
