Burkett, Barbara R. 59 of Conemaugh Township died August 27, 2010 at home. Born February 6, 1951 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Ernest and Marion (Shepard) Burkett. Preceded in death by brother Jerry.

Survived by brothers Ernest Burkett Jr. and wife Barbara (George) and William Burkett and wife Barbara (Plummer) all of Sidman, David Burkett and wife Michele (Ribarich) of Camp Hill, Pa and special nephews James and Devon Burkett and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Member of Beaverdale United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 4-7pm Sunday at the Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. 1521 Frankstown Rd. where funeral services will be held at 5pm Monday. The Rev. Donald E.
