Obituary

Davis, Phyllis J., 80, Johnstown, died March 12, 2011 at Meadowview Nursing Center, Berlin. Born December 26, 1930, daughter of the late Edward and Edith (Benshoff) Clark. Preceded in death by brothers, Clifford; Chester; Robert and Wayne Clark. Survived by sister-in-law, Marion Clark, Johnstown. Phyllis was a retired nurse from Memorial Medical Center and a volunteer for the Westmont and Lower Yoder Volunteer Fire Companies. Phyllis was a member of the Franklin Street United Methodist Church. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a memorial service at 10am Friday at the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Pastor David Vaughn, officiating. Inurnment, Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
