Obituary

David W. “Dave” Nastase, 80, of Beaverdale, passed away November 27, 2012 in Harrisburg under home hospice care.

The son of Anthony Jr. and Ellen (Rhoads) Nastase, he was born January 11, 1932 in Beaverdale.

Preceded in death by parents, brother, Tony and his beloved wife of 49 years, June (Marsh) Nastase.

He is survived by his son Dave, married to the former Diane Bush, Leesburg Virginia; daughter Ellen, married to Karl Krug, Harrisburg; grandchildren David, Emily and Sean Nastase, Leesburg, Virginia; sister, Margaret Donato; brother, Pete; sister-in-law, Margie (Puto) Nastase; sister-in-law, Trudy (Marsh) Miller; brother-in-law, Tom Marsh; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Dave was a U. S. Army, Korean War veteran and longtime owner-operator of Nastase Beer Distributor in Beaverdale Pennsylvania.

He was an active member of numerous clubs and organizations including: Beaverdale American Legion, Portage Amvets, Brookside Sportsmen’s Club, Benscreek Citizen’s Club, Sons of Italy and was a life member of the Beaverdale Volunteer Fire Department.

Consistent with his wishes no viewing; visitation or public service will be conducted.

Interment will be conducted at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
