Obituary

EPPLEY – Alice K., 89, Johnstown, died January 17, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 6, 1923 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Frank and Freda (Roth) Michael. Survived by husband Eugene Eppley, and daughter Elaine and husband James Polancy of Erie PA. Death ends marriage union of 69 years.

Alice was employed at Alko Express and Gately & Fitzgerald as a secretary. She was member of Zion Lutheran Church and a charter member of the Southmont V.F.C.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Monday at the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Avenue, where funeral service will be held at 11 am Tuesday with Pastor Michael Van Dyke officiating, interment at Grandview Cemetery.
