Fisher, George H. III, 62, Johnstown, died April 8, 2014 at home. Born November 11, 1951 in Washington, DC, son of George H. Jr. and Margaret (Brooks) Fisher. Preceded in death by father. Survived by his mother, Boones Mill, VA; sister, Margaret E. “Peggy” Fisher, Boones Mill, VA; brother, Steve Fisher and his wife, Patty, Gig Harbor, WA and these nieces and nephews, Alison Fisher (Joseph Mulvey), Chicago, IL; Bethany (Andrew) Sparn, Denver, CO; Matthew (Megan) Fisher, Boston, MA and Nathan (Becky Jo) Fisher, Denver, CO. George was a Black Lung Adjuster for the US Dept. of Labor and had his BS Degree from VPI in Virginia. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the St Vincent DePaul Society.
