Oakley, David P., 71, Johnstown, died October 30, 2014.  Born February 10, 1943 in Logansport, IN.  Preceded in death by mother, Martha (Cockley) Jamison and brother, Curtis Patton.  Survived by wife of 50 years, Barbara A. (Glacken) Oakley; son, Scott A.
