Obituary

Hall-Walling, Cleona “Bonnie” R., 80, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 28, 2014. Born on Sept. 2, 1934 in Curwensville, daughter of the late George and Mary (Jones) Stiles. Preceded in death by beloved husband, Richard Hall; son, William Gogel; granddaughter, Debra Gogel; brother, George Stiles Jr. and sister Fay Lamb. Survived by loving husband Irving Walling; children, Theodore Gogel and wife Valerie, Sharon Vanantwerp and husband Peter, Richard Hall Jr. and wife Andrea, and daughter Faylynn Hall; grandchildren Billy, Albie, Brenda, Teddy, Peter II, Theresa, Bonnie Jean, Richie, Garrett; 11 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Bonnie was a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church. She was an avid reader and loved shopping and family gatherings. She lived and worked most of her life in New Jersey before returning to Johnstown. She loved each and every family member and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Friday, January 2nd, at Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory Inc. 1521 Frankstown Rd., where a memorial service will be held Saturday, January 3rd, at 10 am, Pastor Len Findley officiating. Committal Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in Cleona’s name.
