Aughinbaugh, Mildred E., 96, Johnstown, died Mar. 7, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Born Nov. 29, 1918 in Conemaugh to the late Hiram and Sarah (Hunt) Ribblett. Preceded in death by husband, Frank Aughinbaugh; sisters, Ora Mae Gillespie; Ruth Britton; Joann Shaffer; Doris Tomlinson; brother, William Ribblett; and infant brother, Charles. Survived by children, Lou Ellen Smith (Gerald), Washington PA; Martha Cobaugh (Jerry), Kittanning; Frank “Bill” Aughinbaugh (Andrea), Greensburg; and Betty Tomkosky (Henry), Beaverdale; sister, Betty Lou Wainwright, Johnstown; brother, Theodore Ribblett, Johnstown; 9 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren. Mildred was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and a Sunday school teacher and treasure for Echo Union Church. Friends will be received from 1-5 p.m. with a service at 5 p.m., Tuesday Mar. 10 at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Pastor Peter Nordlund officiating.
