Dugan, Zaira, 66, Nanty Glo, passed away August 30, 2016 at Cambria Care Center in Ebensburg. Born March 19, 1950 in Johnstown. Daughter of John and Louise (Poliziani) Capelli. Survived by loving husband, Ronald Dugan; son, Nicholas Dugan (Tracy); daughter, Melissa Synan (William); grandchildren, Matthew and Koltin Dugan, and Patrick and Joseph Synan; and siblings, Debra Bristol (Glenn) of Berwick, Michael Capelli (Kathy) of Michigan, Lena Lash (Ed) of Vintondale, John Capelli (Kerry) of Nanty Glo, Thomas Capelli (Patty) of Texas, James Capelli (Wendy) of Cresson, Ann Marie Schiller (Steve) of Pittsburgh, and Angie Impellicceiri (Gary) of Pittsburgh. Zaira was a self-employed beautician and cleaned at Blacklick Valley High School. She also had a love for crafting. A funeral mass will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at St Mary’s Church in Nanty Glo.
