Locher Jr., Rodger R., 38, Johnstown, passed away January 22, 2017 at his home. Born August 27, 1978, Johnstown, son of Rodger R. Locher, Sr. and Beverly J. (Snoby) Busch. Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Snoby; and paternal grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Locher. Survived by his parents; maternal grandfather, James Snoby; siblings, Melinda K. Rese and husband, Fred, VA; Kimberly M. Busch and fiancé, Ken Stiffey Sr., Robinson; Bradley J. Busch, Robinson; step-father, Tracey L. Busch, Robinson; two nieces; two nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; many special friends, including Nicole and Cody Boast. Rodger was a 1996 graduate of the Greater Johnstown Career & Technology Center and was employed with Fiske Concession, Inc., Florida. Friends and family will be received Thursday from 2 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m., Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave., Pastor Ruth Moore, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help family defer expenses. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
