Durant, Leroy Sr., 84, Johnstown, passed away Sept. 17, 2017. Born July 16, 1933 Lynchburg, SC. Preceded in death by loving wife, Dorothy Mae (Cousar) Durant; mother Eula Mae Fullard; father Wesley (Buster) Durant; daughter Shirley Anne (Durant) Banks; granddaughter Kaelynn Durant, brothers, Dennis Fullard and Edward J. (EJ) Fullard; sister Bertha M. Nelson; stepsister Betty Pearson. Survived by daughters, Edith Mae Durant of Johnstown; Ellamarie Durant of Pittsburgh; Helen Louise (Durant) Shipman, married to William Shipman Sr. of State College.  Sons, Leroy Durant Jr., and Jeffrey Allen Durant, both of Johnstown; grandchildren, Talisha Anne (Durant) Ballard, Married to Terrance Ballard of Johnstown; Patrice Marie Banks of Irving, TX; Brittney Durant and Brice Gentry both of Chambersburg; Jason Wickham of Joplin, MO; Jessica Durant and Jacob Durant of Johnstown; Sarah Durant of Martinsburgh, WV; Savannah Durant of Farmington, PA and William Shipman Jr. of PA.  Also survived by loving brothers and sisters, including Annie Ruth Shaw, Earl Fullard, James (Married to Ann) Fullard, Wes Durant, Westley Durant II, Virginia (Ann) Durant, Clarence Kennedy, Willie Donny Durant; stepsister, Alice Thomas. In-laws including Sammie (Married to Delores) Cousar, Jennie (Married to Randolph) Cokes. Special Friends Noreen Myers (children Joneal and Lucas), George Burton, and the Woodard Family. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and loving friends.
