Obituary

Panek, Steven C., 61, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord, January 16, 2018.  Born November 3, 1956. Preceded in death by parents Bernard and Verna (Pishko) Panek; brothers Bernard MD, John, and Robert; and sister Bernadette Stutzman.  Survived by sister Mary Ann Spangler and husband Barry, Salix; sons Jason Panek and wife Kristen, Johnstown, Michael Panek and wife Leslie, Altamonte Springs, FL, Lee Panek and wife Sarah, Martinsburg, WV; daughter Abby Jo Panek, Johnstown; and his grandchildren Norah, Katerina, Mia, Micah, and Jonah; sisters in law Trevah (wife of Bernard), Dolores (wife of John); brother in law Donald Stutzman (husband of Bernadette); Susan Stotler, mother of Steven’s sons, Conroe, TX; and numerous friends, nieces, and nephews.  Steven loved music and was a long-time member of the Jenner Rod and Gun Club and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. No viewing will be held, and burial services will take place at St. Stanislaus Cemetery Boswell, PA where he will go to his final resting place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
