Obituary

Franco, Rosemary (Sharp) – 71, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on Friday March 2, 2018, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born April 24, 1946, in Johnstown; she was a daughter of the late Clifford E.Sharp and Bertha Sharp (Hritz). She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Clifford Sharp, and Denise Sharp. Rosemary is survived by her husband James A. Franco; her children, Donald Moyer, Miami, FL; Sherry Laessig and her husband Thomas, Barto, PA; Robert Scott Moyer and his wife Kym (Walther-Moyer), Perkiomenville, PA; James Franco, Dawn Stout, Vicki Franco, and Tony Franco and his wife Traci, Texas; her grandchildren, Donny, Matthew, Keara, Minuette, Pierce, Daulton, Paxton, Anthony, Melissa, Kristen, Brittney, Nicole, Kimberly, Michael, and Cory; 4 great grandchildren; her siblings, Donald Sharp, Johnstown; Joyce Sharp, Johnstown; and Dorothy Thomas, Johnstown; Rosemary is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Rosemary was retired from Grandview Hospital in Sellersville, PA where she worked as a nutritionist. Rosemary was an avid gardener, she loved cooking and baking, she loved floating in her pool, playing bingo, shopping, attending basket parties, and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be private at the request of the family.
