Obituary

Rhody, Grace B., 92, Patton, passed away on May 12, 2018 at Haida Manor. Born March 4, 1926 in Patton; a daughter of the late Earl and Winifred (Thomas) Bearer. Preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Little John Bearer, Mildred Robine, Winifred Leap, John Earl Bearer, Joe Bearer, Mary Mullen, Rose Ellis, and Nelda Carl; She is survived by her husband of 70 years Paul R. Rhody; her daughter Nan Rhody, Pittsburgh; her son Andrew Rhody and his wife Karen, Carrolltown; her grandson Joseph Rhody; her sibling , Helen Hahn of Carson City, NV; Grace is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Grace was retired from Laurel Crest Manor, where she worked as an LPN. She sang in the Queen of Peace Choir in Patton for over 50 years and was a volunteer for the Salvation Army. At the request of the family there will be no visitation or services.
