Obituary

Sanders, Stephen Paul, 72, Johnstown, passed away August 9, 2024. Born May 28, 1952, to the late Raymond P. and Martha (Gresh) Sanders. Also preceded in death by his brother, Dr. Thomas Sanders, of California. Stephen is survived by sisters, Patricia (Thomas) Link, Linda Faight, Susan Sanders, and Eva (Dave) Santichen; brother, Douglas Sanders; and good friend, Cathy Lishka. Stephen worked in the Bethlehem coal mines before going back to college. He spent approximately 15 years in Thailand as a teacher. Stephen was a gun enthusiast who enjoyed shooting at the range, biking, and the great outdoors. Stephen will be sadly missed by his family, friends, and his beloved dog, Pup.  No services will be held at this time.
