Obituary

Brenda L. (Renninger) Vogel, 70, Johnstown, passed away on December 8, 2024. Born June 25, 1954, to the late Lois (Jacoby) Hagins. Preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Jacoby and David Renninger, and her stepfather, Jack Hagins. Survived by her loving husband of 51 years, James C. Vogel Sr.; children, James C. Vogel Jr. (Holly), Shawn M. Vogel (Jennifer Buck), Theresa M. Kaufman (Perry), and Jessica L. Lentz; 8 grandchildren; and sisters, Deborah Rager and Diana Renninger. Brenda retired from DRS Laurel Technologies. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and most of all watching her hummingbirds. At Brenda’s request, there will be no viewing or service. In lieu of flowers, plant a tree in Brenda’s honor.
