Laughard – William T. “Bill”, 43, Jackson Township, passed away on March 30, 2025, at Indiana Hospital. William is survived by his parents, Clair and Helen (Stiles) Laughard; sister, Pamela Williams; niece and nephew, Holly Dulashaw and Austin Dulashaw; and special friend, Uncle Cliff. He loved stock car racing with his grandfather, Clark Laughard, Sr. He also loved going to auto auctions with his grandfather and dad. William always made everybody so happy.
