Obituary

Julia E. Collins, 87, Johnstown, PA, passed away on June 10, 2025. Born on May 24, 1938, to the late Edwin G. and Laura (Holtz) Updyke.  Survived by her sons, Richard G. Collins of Johnstown, PA, and Scott A. Collins of Whitsett, NC; grandchildren, Nicholas, Logan, Ashley, and Ricky; and great grandchildren, Isaiah, Kylenn, Sebastian, Gunner, Liam, Lincoln, Rowan, Julia, and Blaine. Julia was a devout member for the congregation of Jehovah’s Witness. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Julia’s honor to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness Benscreek Congregation. There will be a memorial service held at the Kingdom Hall, 103 Hillview Street, Johnstown, PA 15905, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 1:00.
