Obituary

Hamacek, Barbara J., 79, Indiana, died March 2, 2011 at Beacon Ridge. Born January 22, 1932 in Charles, PA, daughter of the late James and Phyllis (Naugle) Currie. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas R. Hamacek.

Survived by sons, Thomas Hamacek and wife, Patricia, Indiana and Douglas Hamacek and wife, Sharon, Red Lion, PA; grandchildren, Melissa Fedoruk; Jason Hamacek; Douglas Hamacek Jr. and Dylan Hamacek; step-grandchildren, Briar and Avery Sullivan and great-grandson Deegan Fedoruk. Also survived by sisters Ina Lee, Johnstown and Marlene, Florida.

Barbara was a retired secretary for the United School District.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Friday March 11, 2011 at 1pm at the Forest Lawn Cemetery Chapel. Nancy Hoover, officiating. Inurnment will be held at Armagh Cemetery.
