Mulkey, Charles R., 56, Johnstown died March 23, 2013 at home. Born September 14, 1956. Son of Charles E. and Clara (Nicoletti) Mulkey. Preceded in death by brothers, Robert and David. Survived by parents; brother, Frank and sister, Carol. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a memorial mass at 10:30am Wednesday at St John Gualbert Cathedral. Very Rev. James F. Crookston, officiating.
