Obituary

Gresco, Margaret A. (Tomallo), 96, Hastings, passed away May 19, 2014 at Golden Living Center, Hastings. Born September 30, 1917, in St. Boniface, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Valushick) Tomallo. Preceded in death by husband, Dennis in 1994; brothers, Paul, John, Leo and Frank Tomallo; sisters, Victoria Preslock, Rose Kopera, Anna Forberger, Agnes Duclos, and Susan Tomallo. Survived by sisters, Josephine Kowalski, Barma, OH and Elizabeth Yrizarry, Roswell, GA; children Carol (Harold) Sitterley, Hartsville, SC, Judith (Kenneth) Letso, Patton, Dennis (Kim) Gresco, Pittsburgh; grandchildren , Timothy, Jeffrey (Susan) and Suzanne Ferrence, Lisa (Rex) Grant, Marc (Cindy) and Thomas (Deborah) Letso, Tasha and Ben Gresco. Also 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.

Margaret was a lady of many talents including sewing, quilting, knitting, gardening and
was an avid Cinch player. She was devoted to her family and her church. She walked to
daily mass for many years. The family would like to thank the staff at Golden Living
for the outstanding heartfelt care they provided our mother.

Friends will be received at the Easly-Hindman Funeral Home, 333 Beaver Street, Hastings on Wednesday from 3 to 7pm. and Thursday at St. Bernard Catholic Church from 10 11 am.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernard Catholic Church at 11:00am on Thursday, May 22. Interment will be at St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hastings Public Library or the Hastings Ambulance Association.
