Stephens, Margaret Elaine, 87, Johnstown, died September 8, 2009 at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 30, 1922 in Portage, daughter of the late W. Raymond and Bridget C. (Tickerhoff) Over. Preceded in death by husband, Edgar W. Stephens, daughter, Kathy Crowe (George), brother Raymond Jr.; sister Catherine M. Zimmerman and husband Cyreal; sister Agnes L. Hornick and husband Bernard and brother David J. Over and wife Marian.

Survived by step daughter Nancy married to Dyke Orms, Johnstown, their four daughters, spouses and children; son-in-law M. Lee Crowe and life partner Theresa Brown, North Huntingdon; granddaughters; Bridget married to Gregory Rubinstein, Johnstown and Elaine married to Robert Solochier, NC, great grandchildren, Dane M.L. Morse and Erica L. Morse, both of Johnstown; Haleigh and Cody Solochier, both of NC; Isaac Rubinstein, Johnstown and Rylee Solochier, NC. Also survived by sister Virginia Mylar, OH. Elaine was known by her nieces and nephews as Aunt Bab’s.

She was a retired LPN from Lee Hospital and a member of St. Clement Catholic Church where a Memorial Mass will be held at 10am Thursday, Fr. William E. Rosenbaum, officiating.
