ALTEMUS – Rosealene D. 85 Davidsville died June 20, 2009 at Windber Hospice. Born May 15, 1924 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late John and Carrie (Bender) Roberts. Survived by husband of 63 years Gerald N. Altemus and these children; Sharon married to Frank Wurth of Coon Ridge, Terry Altemus married to the former Ginny (Miller) of Davidsville, and Bonnie married to Andrew Gelles of Johnstown. Granchildren Scott Taylor and fiancée Jeanette Jarvis, Christopher Taylor, Joseph Wurth, Sarah married to Adam Lloyd, Jonathan Altemus, Sarah married to Gregg Moffett, Anna married to Brandon Oshall, and Samantha and Nicole Gelles. Sister of Janet Reed of Johnstown. Member of Homestead Avenue United Methodist Church, Dorcass Bible Class, and Dale mixed duck pin bowling league. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8pm Tuesday at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. 1521 Frankstown Rd. where services will be held at 11 am Wednesday.
