Obituary

Kruise, Terry Eugene, 69, Westover, died June 22, 2013 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born September 28, 1943 in Westover, son of the late Thomas F. and Mary E. (Sybert) Kruise. Preceded in death by son, Terry L. “Teach” Kruise. Survived by wife of 48 years, Kathleen (Bott), Westover; son, Trevor E. and wife, Gayle (Stoltz), Westover; daughter-in-law, Kathleen A. (Mazenko) Kruise, Irvona; grandchildren, Kierstyn; Makenzie; Kamden; Jordan and Kaleb and brothers, Thomas Kruise, St. Bonafice; Barry Kruise and wife, Carol (Cunnings), Westover and Ronald Kruise and wife, Judy (Johnston), Westover. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Terry was a mechanic for Benjamin Coal Company, worked for the IBEW and a truck driver for Satterlee Oil Company. He was a member of St Bernard Catholic Church and was a US Army Veteran. Terry loved spending time with his grandchildren, watching baseball and basketball games and loved to hunt and fish. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Wednesday at the Easly-Hindman Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. and from 10am until time of mass at 11am Thursday at St.Bernard Catholic Church. Fr. Thaddous Rettger, OFM officiating. Burial will be held at St. Bernard Cemetery, Hastings.
