Blough, William C., 90, Johnstown, died February 19, 2010 at the Atrium Manor. Born July 7, 1919 in Johnstown, son of the late Clarence N. and Emma Mae (Riggs) Blough. Preceded in death by wife, Katherine C. (Young) Blough and daughter Shirley L. Acker. Survived sister Elizabeth R. Blough, Johnstown.

William was a retired supervisor for Bethlehem Steel Corp., Wire Mill Division, a US Army veteran of WWII, a member of the American Legion Post 294, Johnstown; a member of the United Methodist Men and the West End Lions. Friends received from 5 to 8pm Sunday at the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave. where service will be held at 11am Monday. The Rev. Don Brauer, officiating.
