Obituary

Agnes Flynn, 97, Windber, passed away on October 1, 2026. Born on December 5, 1928, to the late Gabriel and Mary (Sofelkanik) Lenusky. Preceded in death by loving husband, Donald R. Flynn; daughter, Diane Flynn; sisters, Mary Molnar, Ann Wozny, Helen Miller, and Olga Kovach; and brothers, Wesley Lenusky, John Lenusky, and George Lenusky. Survived by children, Carol Vizi (Ernie) and Thomas Flynn; grandchild, Stephanie Leonard (Ben); 2 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 2 step great -great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Agnes enjoyed going for walks, planting flowers, watching crime shows, listening to music, and playing bingo. There will be no viewing per Agnes’ request but there will be a service at a later date. The family would like to thank the support, nursing, and activities staff at Windber Woods for the care they gave to “Peanut” during her time there.
