Obituary

SELDERS – Beatrice M. 93 Johnstown went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 27, 2009 at home. Born March 3, 1916 in Johnstown; daughter of the late Edward C. and Anna B. (Satzinger) Dill. Preceded in death by husband, Albon F. Selders; infant sons, Larry E., Dennis E., son and daughter-in-law, Robert L and Barbara A. Selders who died in the 1977 Flood; brothers, Edward, Herbert, Harold, and John; sister, Marie Anthony. Also, granddaughters, Lynn Elias, Lee Ann Cameron, and grandson, Gary Selders Jr.,

Survived by daughters,
Janet married to Arthur Elias, Johnstown
Joyce married to M. Dean Thomas, Johnstown;
Karen married to Bert Cameron Jr., Homer City;
sons, Gary J. married to Joyce Bloom, Johnstown;
David A. married to Gloria Ghiorsi, Johnstown;
Darl T. married to Starr Livingston with whom she resided in Johnstown. Also, sisters, Loretta Gilkey, Mineral Point;
and Marian Martin, Vinco, and brother, Earl Dill, Johnstown; 17 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.

Beatrice was a very special mother and friend and truly loved to crochet and cook for her family and friends. She loved her pets “Pugsley” and “Sassy”.

She attended Bowserdale United Methodist Church and Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren, Johnstown..

Friends received 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. 1521 Frankstown Rd. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren, Pastor Philip King officiating. Interment Benshoff Hill Cemetery.

A very special thanks to Conemaugh Regional Hospice and nurses, Sarah, Lisa, Gen, and Marlene and also daughter-in-law Starr and son Darl with whom she resided.
