Obituary

Burkett, Brian T., 59, Parkhill, fought a brave battle with lung cancer since 2019, but sadly lost his battle on July 1, 2024. Born June 30, 1965, son of the late William Burkett and Patricia (Blough) Faith. Survived by beloved wife, soulmate, and best friend, Barb (Wissinger) Burkett; precious and beloved grandson and Brian’s best buddy, Zachary Conzatti; stepdaughter, Heather Lynn, who held a special place in Brian’s heart; siblings, Tammy, Daryl, Wendy, Doug, Bob, Kevin, Michelle, and Brad; special brother-in-law, Ken, who took Brian to all his appointments and tests; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Brian enjoyed coaching little league for Conemaugh Valley. Special thanks to all the coaches and little league players who will miss Coach Brian. At Brian’s request, there will be no services.
