Obituary
Lloyd, Bryon A. “Froggy”, 66, Cherry Tree, went to be with the Lord November 18, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 17, 1950 in Spangler, son of Earnest A. and Margaret Rae (Johnman) Lloyd. He is preceded in death by his parents, his siblings Earnest L. Lloyd, James H. Lloyd, and Edith Lloyd. Bryon is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Stella Mae (Miller) Lloyd, his children, Virginia L. Lloyd (Justin), Altoona; Sara A. Lloyd, Northern Cambria; Bryon T. Lloyd (Dana), Northern Cambria; Stella M. Woods (Joe), Northern Cambria; Justin A Lloyd (Nikki), Northern Cambria; his grandchildren, Justice, Eric, Brock, Coral, Isabella, Lilly, Lane, Ava, and one new edition on the way; he is also survived by his brother, John A. Lloyd, Cherry Tree; as well as several nieces and nephews. Bryon served during Vietnam in the United States Marine Corp. He was a coal miner, having worked at Barnes & Tucker and Greenwich Collieries; he also worked for Ford Motors in Flat Rock, MI. He was a member of East Ridge United Methodist Church; he was also a member of the Carrolltown American Legion Post # 506. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family. At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation, and all services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
