Obituary

Foltin, (McNulty) Colleen J., 72, Johnstown, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2022 surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by her parents, Catherine V. (Byers) and Steve J. Tomchick. She is survived by her daughters: Lori Kasterko (Jeff), Melissa Kasterko, and Jessica Komar (Andy), and son: Zac Foltin, siblings: Phillip McNulty (Anne), Carol Clevenger (Donald), Patricia Ledwich (Edward), Stephen Tomchick (Tammy), Eugene Tomchick (Kami), and Rebecca Barefoot (Barry). Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews. She was very close to her cousins and enjoyed visiting with them. Colleen began a long career as a caring nurse beginning at Mercy Hospital and continued her career at various other medical facilities including Hospice care. She was a talented seamstress, loved to crochet afghans and scarfs, and also created many crafts for family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, September 7th at 11 a.m. at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church in Daisytown.
