Locher, Dale R., 66, of Johnstown, passed away on June 14, 2024. Born November 26, 1957, in Johnstown, PA. Preceded in death by parents and one sister. Survived by 2 sisters. He was a faithful member of the Undenominational Church of God.  A burial will be held on June 21st at 10 A.M. at Mount Carmel Cemetery on Frankstown Rd., Johnstown, PA 15902.
