Alvarez, Dianne M., 68, Johnstown, passed away on April 3, 2018 at Laurel Wood Care Center. Born September 17, 1949 in Johnstown; daughter of the late Stephen and Susan (Repko) Lechak. She is survived by her husband Joseph Alvarez; her son Joseph S. Alvarez and his wife Kim, Summerhill; her grandchildren, Collin and Simon; her siblings Gary Lechak, Johnstown; Jack Lechak, Cleveland, OH; and is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Dianne was retired from The Allegheny Lutheran Home where she worked as an LPN. At the request of the family there will be no visitation or services.
