Obituary

Cigich, Dorathea, C. “mimi dot” 84, of Mineral Point died July 2, 2010 at home. Born May 11, 1926 in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Charles and Cecelia (Chudy) Jurko. Preceded in death by Sister Joann Morse.

Survived by husband of 63 years Joseph V. Cigich and these children; David married to Betty (Yefchak) of Chesapeake VA, Richard married to Michele (Lutz) of Englewood Fl, and Debra married to August Rodkey Jr. of mineral Point. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, former member of St. Benedicts Church, a former Cub Scout leader, and she also served on the Richland/Stoney Creek Twp. Recreation Commission. She spent her winter months in Englewood, Florida and enjoyed her grandchildren’s sporting events. She worked as a floral designer for Schrader’s greenhouse and was an employee for W.T. Grants.

A funeral mass will be held at 11am Friday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church the Rev. Andrew C. Stanko officiating. Inurnment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
