Obituary

Doris Mae Faith, 90, of Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on May 8, 2026. She was surrounded by her 4 children and listening to Frank Sinatra singing “My Way”. Doris Mae led an adventurous life starting with being born on the night of 1936 flood.  Doris will be remembered for her kindness to others, her wit, and sense of humor. She had a quiet strength, was very generous, and had a hard work ethic. Doris had a passion for gardening, hunting, hiking, bird watching, and nature walks. She had a knack for discovering 4 leaf clovers. She worked at the Vienna Sausage Co. for 25 years and was the Bethlehem Church Caretaker for 30 years. Doris Mae was cherished by all who knew her. Doris is survived by her children, Debbie Fentem, Donald Keith, Darla Mae Breeze (Al), and Darlene Gingras (Doug); grandchildren, David DePaola, Jennifer DePaola, and Harley Gingras; great grandchildren, Stefan DePaola and Conner DePaola; sister, Louise Hacker; and 25 nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles Faith and Viola (Haddle) Faith; brother, Charles Faith, Jr.; and sister, Mary June Homan.
