Obituary

Kris, Edward C., 69, Johnstown, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his whole family on July 20, 2024. Born August 18, 1954, son of the late Robert Sr. and Audrey (Corson) Kris. Also preceded in death by his son, David Kris. Survived by, daughter, Misty Lee; sisters, Sue Eppley (Don) and Jan Kuchinka (Mike); brothers, Bob (Cin) and Jim (Deb); girlfriend, Mary Chonko; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ed was a graduate of Central Cambria High School. He retired from Johnstown Specialty Castings. Ed loved music, motorcycles, and old cars. Ed also enjoyed going to car shows. The family would like to thank the staff of Penn Hospice for their care. There will be a Celebration of Life dinner for immediate family, at a later date.
