Elgin, Eric S., 41, Johnstown, passed away on Sunday October 1, 2017. Proceeded in death by parents, Merle E. Elgin, and Patricia A. (Wasylovski) Elgin, Johnstown. Survived by children, Eric E. Elgin, Johnstown, PA, Shannan M. Elgin, Johnstown, PA, Ethan S. Elgin, Somerset, PA; sisters, Melissa Elgin, Johnstown, PA, Michele Schrengost and husband Barry, York, PA , Marci Samuelson and husband Mark, Huntington, PA; brother-in-law, Paul Durica, Johnstown, PA; girlfriend, Stacy Briskey, Somerset, PA; nieces and nephews, LeeAnn Durica, Johnstown, PA, Jensen Durica, Johnstown, PA, Kaylee Schrengost, York, PA, Jake Schrengost, York, PA ; and great- nephews, Ryker Schrengost, York, PA, and Max Moose, Johnstown, PA. Although Eric struggled for many years, he was a hardworking man and loved his children to the moon and back. He was so proud of his kids, and would do anything for anyone who needed it. Eric was loved by many, and will be missed greatly. He left a void in the hearts of those who loved him, but he will live on in their hearts, minds, and memories. His legacy will not be forgotten.
