Obituary

Furnari-Blanda, Frances D., Ebensburg, passed away February 26, 2017 at Cambria Care Center. Born January 9, 1937, Johnstown, daughter of the late John T. Furnari and Bertha Mae Conner. Preceded in death by her son Brian, and infant children Teresa, Mark, Mario, and Marian; and daughter in-law Judy Tomak. Survived by her children, John Tomak, New Kensington; Pamela Good and husband, Victor, Johnstown; Carla Lloyd and husband, Larry, Johnstown; Linda Matala and husband, Michael, East Taylor; Barbara Hileman and husband, Greg, Johnstown; and Bobby Blanda, Jr. and wife, Linda, Johnstown; grandchildren, Rina (Lloyd) Miller; Neil, Jenna, and Kayla Lloyd; Nikki and Brandi Blanda; Stacy (Matala) Stahl; Amy, Greggie, and Breanna Hileman; and 22 great-grandchildren. Fran was very proud of her large family. The family would like to thank the 4th floor at Cambria Care Center, especially Sherry, Joyce, and Patty. Fran was a member of many clubs and organizations in her life. At Fran’s request, private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family defer expenses.
