Obituary

Estay, Freddie John Sr., 78, East Conemaugh, passed away January 17, 2022 at UPMC Somerset.  Born May 6, 1943 in Raceland LA. Son of Jessie and Erna (Parks) Estay.  Preceded in death by son, Freddie J. Estay Jr.; brother, Jessie; and sister, Peggy. Survived by loving wife of 50 years, Doris (Stitt) Estay; daughter, Vickie Blough (Aaron); son, Jesse Estay (Amy); 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry and Dudley; sisters, Carol and Sandra; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Freddie was a member of the Richland American Legion and the Conemaugh PNA.  He enjoyed fishing and golfing.  At the request of the family, there will be no services.  Memorial contributions information may be obtained via email at fredmemorialfund@gmail.com.  Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., “Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care.” Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com05/06
