Obituary

Goller, Helene Theresa, 84, Cover Hill, died January 22, 2016, at home. Born January 13, 1932 in Daisytown, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Aretz) Byers. Preceded in death by husband of 61 years, Wesley G. Goller, daughter, Christine E. Goller, infant sister, Carolyne Byers, sisters, Mary Decker, Joanne Peterman, Matilda Miller, Regina Pisanelli and Catherine Tomchick and brother, John Byers. Survived by children, Roseanne, wife of James Wenderoth, Amy, wife of Robert Miller, Wesley Timothy and wife, Tamara (Ramirez), Natalie, wife of Leonard Hillegas, Eric Goller, Mark and wife, Caroline (Eller), Greg and fiancé MaryAnn Corbaci, Lisa Turner and fiancé Jack Kushner, Sandra, wife of Mark Roberts, Gretchen Goller and fiancé Tom Sharpe, all of Johnstown.  Also survived by 24 grandchildren, & 20 great grandchildren and twin brother, Arthur Byers and wife Nonie, Sidman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Helene was a 1950 graduate of Johnstown Catholic High school and a Member SS Gregory & Barnabas Parish in Daisytown.  She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.  Helene was a kind and loving mother who dedicated her life to her family.  She will be sadly missed and was loved by all. Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc.  1521 Frankstown Rd. Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Gregory Church, Fr. Robert Ruston, officiating.  Committal Oak Cemetery.
