Obituary

Sterle, Holly M., 47, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, following a courageous 12-year battle with breast cancer. Born on October 24, 1978, she was the beloved daughter of Jane (Gilliland) and the late Ronald Kinzey. Holly was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Kinzey and father-in-law, Tony Sterle Sr. Survived by her loving husband, Tony Sterle; her beloved son, Austin, who was the absolute pride and joy of her life; mother, Jane Kinzey; brother, James Kinzey; mother-in-law, Sharon Sterle; sister-in-law, Amanda Cooper and husband Jeff; her cherished nephews, Brantly and Lucas Cooper; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, extended family members, and many pets that she adored so deeply. Holly treasured time spent outdoors, especially family camping trips at Clear Creek State Park. Above all, Holly’s devotion to her family defined her life. Holly’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Windber Hospice for their compassionate care and support. And a very special thank you goes to Dr. Sbeitan and his staff for their exceptional care and guidance over the past 12 years. Without them, those precious years with Holly would not have been possible. Family and friends will be received Wednesday July 29^th from 4-8 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., where a service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Committal to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
