Obituary

Kelly, Jacqueline A., 68, Cover Hill, died June 6, 2012 at home. Born March 28, 1944 in South Fork, daughter of the late James and Ruth (Kern) Taylor. Preceded in death by husband, Homer B. Kelly Jr.; sister and brother-in-law, Charmaine and William Haberkorn; brother, James Taylor and brothers-in-law, Albert Crosley; John Miller and James Hogan.

Survived by children, Jacqueline Renae, married to Scott Rother; Jodie Lynne Kelly and special friend, Michelle Vignero and Homer B., and wife Chrissy, all of Johnstown; granddaughters, Stephanie and Shauna Kelly; sisters, Maxine Crosley, Johnstown; Carol Miller, South Fork and Fonda Hogan, Salix and sister-in-law, Lois Taylor, South Fork.

Jacqueline was a sewing machine operator for JC and ME in Hollsopple and was a beautician for many years.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or service. Inurnment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thanks to the UCP caregivers and the Conemaugh Hospice.
