Obituary

James (Jim) “Pappy” Wiesheier, 80, of Johnstown, PA, passed away on July 1st, 2025.

Jim is survived by his sister Patricia (Wiesheier) Ringler. Jim met the love of his life, Mary Wiesheier (preceded in death, 2022), in 1965 and together, they raised 4 children: John, Lynne (Lew), James (Melissa), and Jerry (Allison). Jim has 8 grandchildren: Brittney (Ryan), Johnny (Sadie), Justin (Brooke), Kegan, Donald, Madison, Olivia, Kendal. Jim also has one great grandchild: Bodhi Tex.

Jim’s passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, but it brings them comfort knowing he is reunited with Mary and playing Yahtzee at a kitchen table.
