Obituary

Garleb, Janice Ann, 84, Johnstown, passed away December 15, 2025, at Somerset Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Born June 27, 1941, to the late William and Agnes (Suckovitch) Heinrich Jr. Survived by son, William Garleb; grandsons, Ensign Alec Garleb; Seaman Jack Garleb; and Petr Garleb; sisters, Bernice Coughnet; Yvonne Hatch; and close friends, Carol and Gina. Janice was an accountant at Disneyland for 17 years and then worked at Boscov’s for 20 years before retiring. She was a great cook and baker and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her sister, Bernice. Janice adored her cats and couldn’t have been more proud of her grandsons and all their accomplishments. She will be deeply missed. At Janice’s request, there will be no services. Donations may be made in Janice’s memory to the humane society.
