Smith, Jarett R., 32, Johnstown, died Aug. 15, 2014, at his home. Born Oct. 20, 1981, in Johnstown, son of James Stofko and Staci S. Smith. Survived by his daughters, Jayla Smith, North Carolina, and Jayna Smith, Johnstown; two sisters, Rukiya Smith, Johnstown, and Charlotte Smith, North Carolina; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jefferson Memorial First Church, 325 William Penn Ave., Johnstown, Pastor Joseph D. McGauley III, officiating.
