Thompson, Joseph Arthur, 81, Patton, passed away on March 2, 2026. Born April 3, 1944, in Strongstown, to the late Arthur D. and Hope Mae (Uttley) Thompson. Preceded in death by infant sister, Grace Arlene Thompson; sister, Alice Jane Thompson Janderchick; brothers, Albert Thompson, Sr., and Daniel Thompson; and daughters, Michelle Lightcap and Stacey West. Survived by his sisters, Janet Thompson Bean and Patricia Thompson Augustine (Ed); and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Joseph enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, and driving his Mustang. There will be no services at this time.
